Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. During new launches or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times:

• Canada: 2–7 business days
• United States: 5–10 business days
• International: 7–21 business days

Please note these are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or customs processing.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Vel Baby is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays or lost shipments. However, if you experience any issues, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
